This exciting workshop will explore how publicly available social media channels or crowd-based sentiment mapping applications can be used in the transport sector. It is an opportunity to feed into this innovative new project, still in its infancy, on how real-time mapping and analysis of the sentiments of transport users can help improve the passenger experience in a variety of transport modes.
