Peter leads Transport for London’s corporate relationship with organisations representing older and disabled people. He has worked for TfL for nine years, in a variety of roles in communications and engagement.
Peter uses the knowledge and experience he has gained speaking to London’s older and disabled people to help make improvements to the transport network, including signage and information and the overall customer experience. Most recently he has led the ‘Please offer me a seat’ badge and card project, to help customers with invisible impairments, illnesses and conditions obtain a seat using public transport in London.
